(1) If you're looking to entertain clients and enjoy Scottish rugby and golf camaraderie then look no further than the forthcoming "Auction of Promises Dinner with the theme "Rugby and Golf"", run by Joe Flaherty and our friends at the LSFC 75/85 Club, at The Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London, SW1 on Thursday 26th October at 7pm for 7.30pm. Compere and Auctioneer: Ian Robertson BBC Rugby Correspondent. Principal Speaker: Professor David Purdie - "Arguably the best after dinner speaker of the moment" - Daily Telegraph. Tickets are GBP 100 or 10 for GBP 1000. Please click here or visit www.londonscottish.com

(2) This years' Friends of Scottish Rugby Gala Dinner will be held at The Brewery (former historic Whitbread Brewery), Chiswell Street, London, EC, on Thursday 2nd November from 7pm. The event has been running successfully for several years, the last two years events have been particularly good, attracting capacity crowds of around 400 supporters. This is largely due to the great enthusiasm of Donald McNab, Stewart and Bruce, the organisers, who together with great speakers, super food, a smashing company and a very exciting auction led by Ian Robertson, BBC rugby commentator and former Scotland rugby star, help to make it a wonderfully high-spirited evening - black tie/highland dress, suitable for corporate entertaining. The guest speaker is Robbie Glen , the former Governor of Barlinnie Prison, a quite exceptional speaker, certainly up to the standards of Peter Mitchell last year. Previous dinners have raised considerable amounts of money (GBP50k plus) for rugby in Scotland and the new London Academy at London Scottish FC. Tickets are GBP 140 per person, or GBP 1,300 per table of 10, including wine and a 4 course meal with haggis presentation. For more details, please click here.

(3) ScotsCare St Andrew's Day Dinner and Ball, November 30th at the Law Society's Hall, 113 Chancery Lane, London. Celebrate St Andrew's Day and Scottish Fashion in London. There are still a few tickets for the ScotsCare's St Andrew's Day Dinner and Ball. The catwalk and high street are set to be Mcfull of tartan and tweed this autumn so in addition to St Andrew this event will be a celebration of Scottish fashion. If you are a London Scot and fancy celebrating St Andrew's Day in the capital please buy your tickets now. Tickets are GBP 75 per person. More details can be found by clicking here.
