SIL are delighted to have Nicky amongst us - he's a great guy and he sang brilliantly last Saturday at London Scottish FC and will be singing the national anthem in front of the Tartan Army at Hampden Park when Scotland take on France for their crucial European Qualifier this Saturday. Universal Classics presents the sensational tenor from Scotland, Nicky Spence, for a London recital with the NSO on Thursday 5th October 2006 at St James's Church (designed by Sir Christopher Wren), 197 Piccadily, W1J 9LL - 7.30pm sharp. It's free admission with donations going to Help the Aged. The evening will be filmed for the World's first solo live classical webcast at www.nickyspence.com (Ed: not bad for the laddie who worked in the fish and chip shop in Dumfries)!
